I lived in my one bedroom apartment for four years and could not have been happier! The owners and superintendent were responsive and easy to work with. The building felt safe and had the amenities I needed. The location is hard to beat - easy access to the freeway while also being within walking distance of all Montclair has to offer. I even convinced two colleagues to move to Claircliff Apartments!

I had a wonderful experience living at Claircliff for the last two years. The apartment was well maintained, the building was clean, and the staff were always friendly and responsive. Anthony (Superintendant) was always a big help whenever something in the apartment needed tending to, and Andrew and Liz (Landlord) always made us feel safe and welcomed. Overall, it was a comfortable and warm place to call home, and the surrounding area of Montclair is a great place to live! I would definitely recommend living here. After much deliberation, we ended up moving down the street into my sisters house, but we are definitely sad to leave and hope someone else gets to enjoy this apartment as much as we did!

I lived at the Claircliff apartments for two years and was very sad to leave to move with family. The location is perfect, the apartments are well maintained and the community is so nice. My roomate and I felt very safe and welcomed by the owners and neighbors. Anthony goes above and beyond to help with any issues or help. Liz & Andrew couldn't be more helpful & understanding and the community of neighbors is amazing. Parking is great for the apartments and the location makes walking into town very easy since parking isn't always easy to find in town. The Upper Mountain street also makes for beautiful scenic walks too! I'd definitely recommend the Clairfcliff apartments!
